Description: D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, also known as Vitamin E Acetate, is the stereoisomer of alpha-tocopherol found in nature. It is derived from edible vegetable oils by suitable physical and chemical means. It is intended for use as Vitamin E in the dietary supplement and food industry. The esters of d-alpha-tocopherol have reduced susceptibility to degradation when exposed to air or elevated processing temperatures; these particular benefits allow flexibility in product formulations.
Application:
+ Nutritional supplements providing vitamin E;
+ Pharmaceutical formulations, including anti-HIV medications and anti-cancer drugs;
+ Ethical, prescription-free pharmaceutical formulations as well as dietary supplements.
